Last weekend I was honored to capture some beautiful shots of this couple as they prepare for deployment. This was the first OpLove shoot I had done that did not involve kids and I wanted it to be super romantic. Well, apparently Bailey's Island was the place for romance last Saturday as upon arriving we discovered a wedding in progress on the beach. Well, we made the best of what we had (the sky was amazingly overcast and perfect) even sneaking through the bushes to get to the beach without disturbing the ceremony. I was a little worried that the emotion I was looking for in this couple wouldn't shine through as I had hoped due to us having to sneak around and be super quiet (and on top of that there ended up being no restroom, so they had to change clothing in their car!) However, once I got to processing I was more than pleased. The love in their eyes is beyond anything I had hoped for, and I know it will keep them strong until this deployment comes to an end.
