HERE'S LOOKING AT YOU KID

C never ceases to amazes me with the things that he thinks will make his life complete, and the latest came after watching myself and two of his sisters get new prescriptions and eyeglasses. Now he just HAD to have them too. Well, since his dad and I are pretty much blind without glasses, I figured it wouldn't hurt to make him an appointment. Boy was he disappointed when it turns out his vision is naturally near perfect (although I am pretty sure I heard Daddy's credit card breathe a sigh of relief). While we went a short round with a small meltdown that was quickly cured with Transformer stickers, I was just grateful that I had decided to bring my camera along with me.
Waiting for the doctor to call us in, Miss I made herself comfy with a good book. Yes, it is in fact upside down which is just right in her little world.
C never missed a beat when he was asked to read the letters, he had everyone quite fooled when he started reading A....P..... (We soon switched to shapes and will be working on actually learning our letters and numbers before next year)
Well, miss I thought the big chair and little black paddle looked like a lot of fun, so she climbed right up with her big brother to see what all the fuss was about. Now I know every mom thinks their kids are the cutest, but I really don't think there is any argument here.
I mean, seriously...does it get any cuter than this?

They are both looking so grown up! Too cute.
1. I am shocked that he doesn't need glasses.
2. Your kids are the cutest...next to mine.
3. Starfall.com is an amazing page. I tought 2 nonreaders in my first grade class to read using that...and my awesomeness!
Very cute!
Its funny because most of the time I look at Karens kids and think they look alot like Shawn. Then I look at your kids and can see quite a resemblance between them and Leah and Riley.
...also, I just checked out the starfall website and it is super cool!
