I can't even begin to think how long I have known this family. Really I have known Angela and Shehab since before they were even married, or dating for that matter. And yep, this was the first time I have ever photographed them and well, they are just so fricken cute that I certainly hope it will not be the last!
This family session started out with a little confusion about where we were going to shoot, but I am really kind of glad it did and we ended up where Angela had pictured in her mind. Viles Arboretum in the spring is simply gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for almost any session.
For anyone who knows my life, you know my plate is generally pretty full. Well, Angela is a very busy momma herself with her two charming little boys, working and attending nursing school. (By the way, she has this amazingly super-sweet and outgoing personality and is going to make one of the best nurses ever!) Oh yeah, and she is a pretty great wife to Shehab too, but we'll get to him in a minute. First you have to get an eyeful of these adorable boys!
Oh, and these boys really love their mom to pieces......okay, they kinda think their dad is cool too:)
Now, Cam and Ethan were pretty good sports about doing what was asked of them. Ethan is the younger of the two boys which means his patience meter runs a little lower than his big brother's, but that just led to a little more silliness and personality in a few frames....
...although it also meant that he might be missing in a couple shots, but Cam was there to flash his heart melting smile anyway.
Of course, it takes a whole lot of patience and love to raise two handsome and active boys. And when I say love, I mean can't you just feel it?
Well, Shehab was certainly feeling something...
As we wandered through the nature trails just after this series, Shehab and Angela walked side by side as the boys ran up ahead. Shehab muttered something just barely audible to make Angela giggle before she turned to him with a warning: Be careful what you say. Deb blogs about this stuff. Oh, Angela you are just the cutest!
Oh yeah, and just when they thought the kissing was done. ME: Boys, could you sit in these flowers right her while Mom and Dad sit on that bench? Ethan: No, I don't want to see them kissing anymore. *Sigh*
This certainly was quite a few images for a Sneak Peek, but there were so many I just love and had to share. And yes, I will leave you with just one more to make you feel all warm and fuzzy:)
P.S. I'm pretty sure Ethan's tongue was out in this one too!

Lovely photos Deb I love the last one and the one of the boys with Shehab and Angela in the background.
I have to tell you I grew up with Shehab and his family. Well not literally but you know.. we went to school together, he was a year behind his sister Ayesha(we knew her as Sarah) and I. I haven't seen him since I graduated high school.
Hi Angela! Just looked at your session and these pictures came out absolutely awesome!!!

Ok, I love these photos but in a "the world is too flipping small" moment, I grew up with Shehab! His sister was in the same class and Liz and I! Too funny. Great family and looks like a fun session- love the light in the last one!!!
