I never saw this one coming.  Never knew these kinds of people existed.  Never thought this would be so much fun. It all started with a chance meeting at Justin & Mary's Spread the Love workshop and an ambitious Alison to make it all happen.  Just a few short weekends ago, the pieces all came together (along with great new photographer friends) and we formed our own little group.  Destined for creepy streets and alleyways, our little entourage of photographers, models, a stylist and most of our spouses embarked on a new adventure. We all had the same goals in mind.  To shoot. To laugh. To learn. To love. This will be the first post in a series of posts from this event.  These images are the magic behind the portraits. This is behind the scenes candid.

Our journey of course started off with a bit of laughter as Tiffany, volunteer model AND budding photographer, had absolutely no hesitation changing into her wedding dress in the middle of the street.
And, of course her close-up couldn't come soon enough

One of my most favorite things about this event was that Alison encouraged spouses to come along.  Some jumped in to model, while others were really good at carrying bags. But really, I think they just wanted to be there with the rest of us:)

Oh, and did I mention we had our own stylist too!  Yes, yes we did.  Complete with baby bump, the lovely Mrs Hilary Robertson trudged along through the streets with us and set up her impromptu "beauty shop" when necessary.

And speaking of lovely, I am so happy that Brandi & Ryan of Ryan Moore Photography were able to join us.  This is one of my favorite candids.  That Brandi is so stinkin' cute!
...and she even makes Ryan just a little bit adorable.
